The name of G-d is the sound of our breathing

When Moses encountered G-d on Mount Sinai, he asked what G-d’s name was and G-d answered: YHWH.

YHWH is comprised of aspirated consonants that, spoken, are the sound of breathing.

Try it: Y-H is the in-breath and W-H is the out-breath.

So from the moment of our birth to the end of our life, and every moment in between, we speak the name of G-d.
